Order Form

All our merchandise is made-to-order, so please make sure of your sizing as items cannot be returned or refunded.
Place your order using the form below. Please state the QUANTITY, SIZE, PRICE of your items, if you have ordered multiple sizes of the same item please state the sub-total.
Payment is by BACS into our club bank, at the time of ordering. You will find the BACS details on your club membership renewal email. Use your surname and ‘Merch’ as the reference.
Please allow 4 weeks (subject to stock availability at the time of ordering) for delivery, from our suppliers order confirmation.
With our supplier we have to reach a minimum order number of both embroidered and printed items. If you order, you are committing to buy if the minimum order quantity is reached, but you will be refunded if not.
When the order arrives you can collect it on Wednesday club night. Orders cannot be sent out separately.
